Mr. Tim Gooch – Managing Director
Tim Gooch is one of the founders of iWebGate™ and has 10 years experience in managing medium size organisations in the ICT and healthcare industries and in developing and distributing software. Educated at the University of Western Australia, he began his business career by establishing one of the country’s largest corporate health risk management companies which serviced over 6,000 people annually on a national basis and was aligned with national teaching hospitals and insurers (private health and self–insurance companies). He was instrumental in developing, testing and marketing a unique injury/illness management and risk analysis application that was initially and successfully used in health care and elite sports industries. Identifying and understanding the problems associated with remote application access, the need to inform all stakeholders, data security and business intelligence reporting, Tim formed iWebGate with Charlie and Andrew (see below) where he has been instrumental in the design concepts of iWebGate’s hardware, applications and business strategy.

Mr. Charlie Gargett – Technical Director
With over 15 years experience in the IT/ICT industry, Charlie has acquired extensive knowledge of information systems architecture and management. Although his primary focus has been on medium to large scale UNIX environments, Charlie has successfully implemented and managed several heterogeneous network infrastructures including combinations of commercial UNIX, Linux and Microsoft Server platforms. Prior to establishing his own IT consultancy firm in 1998, Charlie was head of a team responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of a metro-based yet regionally focused Internet Service Provider founded on cutting edge technologies and techniques that have now become mainstream in nearly all ISP’s around Australia.

Mr. Mark Harrell – Business Services Director
Mark has spent the last seven years as a Chief Information Officer for a global company primarily located in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. It was in this role that he introduced real–time reporting globally across the business and was responsible for maintaining secured global networks. He is also qualified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer which provides him with the foundations and expertise to analyse business requirements to design and implement an infrastructure solution, based on the Windows platform and Microsoft Servers software. Additional qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce, Crystal Reports Certified Professional and Oracle Certified Professional.

Mr. Dave Wraight – Director of Application Development
For the last 15 years Dave has worked in commercial environments developing application software for various leading banking, oil and gas, telecommunications and information publishing clients (e.g. Woodside Energy Limited, Apache Energy Limited). His industry experience and skill set crosses multiple disciplines that enable him to bring a wealth of software development expertise to the iWebGate team. Conversant in most modern development languages and environments Dave is able to architect and implement solutions that have been instrumental in the development of iWebGate’s data agent (iDA), desktop applications and webservices which enable for the development and integration of PC-based applications (including 3rd party) with an iWebGate portal.

Mr. Andrew Sutherland – Director of Sales
Andrew was educated at Swinburne University where he completed a degree in Business Administration. He was responsible for sales and customer service for more than eight years with a large manufacturing and distribution company Visy Industries. He then worked for John Fairfax Group where he worked 3 Years in Advertising - Sales / Account Manager. Andrew built a successful National Outsourced I.C.T. Company (Office Solutions) that was operational for more than 8 years.

Mr. Mike Lewis – Director of Design
Mike has over 12 years experience in the Graphic Design and Website Development Industries. Mike founded and operated Artpro Graphic Design, providing design services for large national clients such as Fairfax and Yellow Pages. Identifying the potential of the on-line environment, Mike began providing Website Development Services, leading to his position as Senior Website Developer with a National Online Business Directory. Mike now applies his knowledge and experience to bridge the gap between online strategy and creative implementation for our clients.

Mrs. Sally Capp (Non-Executive Director)
Sally Capp is a Non Executive of the company and is currently the CEO of the Committee For Melbourne. Prior to this role, she worked as a senior executive at the ANZ bank, working as a Regional Executive in the Corporate Bank. Additionally, Sally was Head of the Office of the CEO, working directly with John McFarlane on ANZ group issues. Sally worked as a solicitor in commercial law for 4 years and has worked as a lawyer in mergers and acquisitions before establishing and managing an ASX listed investment bank. Sally has also acted on a number of ASX listed and public company boards. She is a graduate of The University of Melbourne in Law (Hons) and Commerce, and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has lectured for the Securities Institute of Australia. In 2002, Sally was recognized as one of the leading business people in Western Australia under 40 years of age by winning one of the inaugural ‘40 under 40 Awards’ and was the 2002 Western Australia winner of the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for the Private and Corporate Sector. In 2003, Sally was a judge in the Western Region of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and included in BRW’s list of 20 female rising stars in business.
