Branded as a "DMZ in a Box", iWebGate has invented a Ghost Network Platform which resides in an organization's demilitarized zone (“DMZ”) to boost Defense in Depth principles and business capabilities.
Firewalls seek DMZ services but significant costs and technical complexities prohibit most small to medium organizations from using self-built DMZ solutions. As a result, scores of companies connect perimeter firewall ports directly to applications/systems residing on their trusted network.
